Hā Wellness Class Schedule

Classes at Hā Wellness are booked using credits from your pass or membership. Please purchase your pack before booking to secure your spot.

Note: minimum 4hrs notice to book and confirm class, and maximum 6hrs cancellation notice period

PAYMENTS

Memberships:

Clients may set up a direct debit authority online or use a debit/credit card to purchase their preferred membership.

Funds will be deducted from the nominated bank account or card on the billing cycle.

Payments made by card will incur additional processing fees.

Class Packs:

Class packs must be purchased online via direct debit, debit card, or credit card.

A class pack activates from the date of the first booking. Clients acknowledge the specified timeframe in which credits must be used.

Casual Drop-In Classes:

Casual drop-ins are non-refundable for money. They may be credited towards another class within 14 days of the original booking date, subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Windows:

AM classes: cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time.

PM classes: cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class start time.

Cancellations within the window will return the credit to the client’s account. Missed classes, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeited credits.

Renewals:

All 6-month memberships automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled in writing at least 1 month prior.

Payment Defaults:

Clients must pay all fees by the due date.

If a payment is dishonoured, clients have 3 days to remedy.

Late payments may incur additional charges. Hā Wellness Studio is not responsible for bank fees.

Pricing:

Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Hā Wellness Studio may amend pricing or Terms & Conditions with 14 days’ notice, communicated via email.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS

Membership holds are not open-ended. A start and finish date must be requested in writing via email ([email protected]).

Monthly memberships: maximum 8 weeks hold per year.

6-month memberships: maximum 4 weeks hold during the term.

At least 1 week’s written notice is required for a membership hold. Social media requests will not be accepted.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Minimum membership period: 4 weeks.

Memberships are billed fortnightly, with credits allocated for that period and valid only within that cycle.

Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and cannot be carried over.

Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.

Other Policies:

Memberships may only be cancelled before term expiry with medical certification or under exceptional circumstances.

Refunds will not be given for unused memberships or class credits.

BOOKING CLASSES

Bookings must be made online via the Hā Wellness Studio booking system.

Waitlist bookings will automatically confirm if a space opens, up to 60 minutes before class. Clients must remove themselves from waitlists if they no longer wish to attend.

Payment must be made before booking.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 2 minutes late, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client, and your class forfeited.

Entry may be refused at the discretion of the instructor.

Public Holidays:

Classes on public holidays are at the discretion of Hā Wellness Studio.

GENERAL

Gift Cards can be used for classes and products. They are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable.

Trainers, timetables, and class formats are subject to change without notice.

Minimum class numbers apply. If these are not met, classes may be cancelled with notice given to booked clients.

Minimum age: 16 years (case-by-case exceptions may apply).

Clients with contagious illness or injury must ensure they are medically cleared before attending classes.

PRIVACY

Personal information will be securely stored and used only for studio operations, health, and safety.

INDEMNITY

Hā Wellness Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in classes, private sessions, workshops, or events.

All personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

From time to time, classes may be recorded or photographed for training or promotional purposes.

Clients may opt out by notifying Hā Wellness Studio in writing.
