
The name Hā carries deep meaning. In te reo Māori, it is the breath - the essence of life. Across cultures, it’s also linked to energy, spirit, and prana: the vital force that flows through us. Breath is where movement begins, where stillness is found, and where we return to ourselves.


Kia ora, I’m Nickee — founder and kaitiaki of Hā Wellness. I created this studio as a sanctuary for people to reconnect with themselves and their breath.
I’m a certified Mat, Reformer, and Yoga instructor, with over 500 hours of Yin and Vinyasa training, including the first Māori YTT at Awhi Yoga Studio.
Movement has always been part of my life, from running and CrossFit to more mindful practices.
After a back injury, I shifted towards long-term strength, mobility, and wellbeing - and that’s what I now share at Hā Wellness.

Brings a warm, uplifting energy to every class with just the right amount of burn. Trained through Barre Body Australia, I weave mindful movement with intentional strength.
Pilates is my balance - a space to ground the mind while challenging the body. It’s where I’ve found resilience, focus, and a deeper connection to myself.
Expect spicy core sets, thoughtful cues, and playlists that keep you moving through the shake - always leaving with both strength and a smile.
