MāMā & PéPé Package

5 classes over 5 weeks

A supportive and gentle return to movement for new māmā. Over five weeks, we’ll focus on rebuilding strength, reconnecting with your core, and moving mindfully in a safe, nurturing space.

You’re welcome to practice with your pēpē beside you — bring a blanket or mat for floor time — or simply focus on your own practice. Grippy socks are required for safety and comfort.

An extra instructor will be on hand each week to offer support for both you and your baby, ensuring you can move, breathe and enjoy the experience at your own pace.

Start with a soulful yoga practice, guided by Nickee, to awaken your body and finish the practice with a Sound Bowl Meditation, guided by Liv. Then, indulge in a Breakfast Babes Brunch spread with us, using seasonal, whole-food ingredients — always vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
